Why can't I sign in?

You will need to register yourself for the promotion to begin with, after that you can then sign in with your email address and password each time you revisit the promotion website to input additional invoices.

Why am I locked out of my account?

If you login with the wrong details more than 3 times the site locks the account for security. The account is unlocked after 15 minutes automatically.
