How many invoices can I input?

You can only input a maximum of 3 invoices per day.

Site is taking too long to upload an invoice?

Please be patient, it can take up to a minute to load the invoice. Resubmitting will make it slower. If you have not seen a response within 3 minutes please try again. If this doesn't work please contact us using this form.

Make sure you process the invoice by clicking REFRESH in the CHECK INVOICE STATUS section. Please be patient, it can up to a minute to process the invoice and calculate your prize draw entries and spins. Resubmitting will make it slower.

What do the different Invoice Statuses mean?

Uploading
Your invoice is on it's way to our website, on slower connections this can take a little longer.

Scanning
Our website is working it's magic reading your invoice, checking it and calculating your game plays.

Processed
Your invoice is done! If you earned play codes they will now be in the list on the right.

Flagged
It sees our website is struggling to read your invoice, try uploading it again, with the whole invoice in picture on a plain background. If your still having trouble get in touch.

Duplicate
We think we've seen this invoice before, if you think this is in error, please get in touch.
