How will I receive a prize if I am a winner?

Monthly prizes will be presented at the winner's local CEF branch, the location, date and timing of which the Promoter will agree with each winner. Daily spot prizes will be sent by e-voucher to the email address provided at entry.

What do I do if I haven’t received my prize?

If you have been contacted and advised you are a lucky winner, then your prize will be sent to your local branch for collection. Your branch will notify you when your prize has arrived for you to pop in and collect it.

How will I receive my E-Voucher?

If you have been lucky enough to win an Instant Win Voucher, we will send this to you via email. It will be sent to the email address you entered when you registered. If you have not received your voucher and believe you should of, then please contact us using the form below and we will arrange for the voucher to be resent if necessary.
